Chanter 225A, 364-365

1. Population and dissenters: May it please your Lordship. I have only six Families in my Parish. No Dissenters, or any licenced or other Meeting-house in my Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: I have no Publick, or Charity School in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is neither any Alms-house &c. in my Parish.

4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside at Ashbury, but at Little Petherick, which is ye Reason of my non-Residence there.

5. Curate: Mr Milman, My Lord, by your Lordships favour serves Northlew and Ashbury: Is duly qualified according to the Canons, lives not in ye Parsonage-house at Ashbury, but at Northlew for his better Conveniency: The Churches not distant from Each other half a Mile: And as Ashbury was highly valued in £35 per annum and given in to ye late Register Mr Cook, I allow Mr Milman twelve Pounds per annum.

6. Divine service at other churches: Mr. Milman serves Northlew and Ashbury by your Lordships favour.

7. Frequency of divine service: Mr. Milman performs Divine Service every Lords-day, with a sermon in the Afternoon at Ashbury, and the same at Northlew in the Morning.

8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lords Supper for ought I know is administred four times a year in my Church.

9. Number of communicants: How many Communicants there are &c. I do not perfectly know.

10. Catechising of children: At what particular times &c. neither do I know.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: I have no Chapel within my Parish.
