  1. Population and dissenters: About forty families, no Dissenters.

  2. Public or charity schools: No publick or Charity School.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Almshouse, Hospital or any other Charitable Endowment; no Lands or Tenements left to the repair of the Church or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I am Vicar of this parish and the Chapelry of Week St Pancras about 8 miles distant both under one presentation and always served heretofore by my Predecessors and Still are with a Sermon either forenoon, or afternoon every Lords day alternately. I do not reside on my Vicariage <(but inhabited)> being somewhat too small for my Family, but in an <other> Estate for ye benefit of a larger house <only> & not above half a mile further distant from my Said Parish Church than the Vicarage aforesaid and altogether as convenient for any Parishioner either of this parish or Sutcombe (next adjoyning and contiguous to Bradworthy aforesaid, which I serve as a Curate under the Revd Mr William Barlow) for any person to apply to me for performance of my Duty (which I constantly & duely attend) according to the Canons.

  5. Curate: No Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: At Sutcombe as Curate to the Revd Mr Barlow as Set forth in my Answ: to 4th Quære.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Every Lords day and either forenoon or afternoon a Sermon alternately and great part of the year prayers twice every Lords day.

  8. Frequency of communion: Five times at least every year.

  9. Number of communicants: About seventy Communicants in all; usually receive about 35 or 40 at a time except at Easter last, and then upwards of 50 at least.

  10. Catechising of children: All the Summertime Children and Servants are Catechized once every Lords day.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel in this parish nor ever was to my Knowledge.
