  1. Population and dissenters: No Meeting House. Two familys of Dissenters. The Number of familys in ye Parish about 120.

  2. Public or charity schools: We have a Charity School, endowed with land purchased with a Legacy of Forty Pounds given by ye Revd Mr John Burrough rector of Gittesham. And ye same school is further maintain’d by an Annual Benefaction of five pounds taken out of ye impropriated Tythe of Awliscomb purchased by Money given by ye last wil of John Kelland Esqr to Pious uses, & is duly paid by Francis Delve Esqr. There are about 18 or 20 Children instructed.

  9. Number of communicants: There are about 200 Communicants. About 60 usually come to ye sacrament. About yt number last Easter.
