1. Population and dissenters: About Forty eight, There are no Dissenters of any sort or Denomination Whatsoever in the Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house, nor Hospital in ye Parish.

4. Residence upon cure: Yes, There is no Parsonage House being an Impropriation.

5. Curate: I reside upon ye Cure, having a License for serving it I have twenty pounds a year Salary.

6. Divine service at other churches: Yes, Att Halwell, having a large family, my two small Cures are not sufficient to maintain <them> without some other help. I humbly pray if your Lordship pleases to grant me License for serving Hallwell, that I may be able to support my family, I am willing & ready to take one.

7. Frequency of divine service: Once every Lords day.

8. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year.

9. Number of communicants: About Four-score, twenty or thirty, About Forty last Easter.

10. Catechising of children: Commonly in ye Summertime in ye Afternoon.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapel in ye Parish.
