  1. Population and dissenters: I have 68 Families in my Parish. Among whom, I have not One Dissenter – nor is there any Meeting-House among us.

  2. Public or charity schools: As my Parish is Small, we have no Charity School; neverthelesse, few or no Children among us but are Taught to Read, and Instructed in the Church-Catechism.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have no Alms-house, Hospital, or other Charitable endowment, our Stock-money is about £58. The interest of which is yearly distributed to our Poor, who have no Parish Pay.

  4. Residence upon cure: I have always Resided on my Cure, and in <my> Parsonage-house.

  5. Curate: I never had a Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I Perform Divine Service in no Church but my own, Except when I assist some sick, or absent neighbour.

  7. Frequency of divine service: I officiate in my Church, every Lord’s-day: with a sermon each part of the Day, that I may have the fuller Congregation at our Evening-Prayers. I attend likewise upon our Saints days – and on All Wednesdays and Fridays during Lent: not at other times, my Parish being small, and my Parsonage-house at a Considerable Distance from my Church.

  8. Frequency of communion: As my Parish is small, I administer the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper, but seven times in the year viz. Twice at Christmas – Easter – Michaelmas – and once at Whitsunday.

  9. Number of communicants: My Communicants are about 170. At Easter, I have sometimes had 110 who have Received. Usually they exceed not 80. Last Easter, not quite 100.

  10. Catechising of children: Our Children are Catechizd thro’ a good Part of the Summer; when some of them Learn a Short Exposition of our Church-catechism.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel in our Parish.
