A house and garden lying on ye south side of ye said church house, lett for lives at ye per Annum high rent. The Fines and Rents of all these (except ye Church house which is appropriated to ye poor) is for ye use of the parish and parishioners & inhabitants and are laid out either for ye ornaments of ye church or other good uses. I dont know nor have heard of any abuses or frauds committed in ye management of them.
