1. Population and dissenters: I have four & forty Families in my parish one of these are Dissenters. Presbyterians.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no alms house or Hospital in my Parish. Here are Lands of the yearly value of four pounds & fifteen shillings, which is distributed every year to the Poor of the Parish who have no Pay.

4. Residence upon cure: I do reside in my Parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have no Curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service on all Publick Stated Days & Holy-days, when I can get a congregation; and twice every Lords-Day with two Sermons.

8. Frequency of communion: I administer the Holy Sacrament of the Lords Supper five times in the year.

9. Number of communicants: There are eighteen Communicants in my Parish eight or nine usually receive. These were about Communicants last Easter.

10. Catechising of children: I chatichize the Children in my Church once every year, beginning in May or June.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: Here is no Chapel in my Parish.
