  1. Population and dissenters: We have between 3 & 4 Hundred Families, 5 or six of them are Presbyterians, one Meeting-House, I presume licencd, Mr. {John} Ben: Flavell teaches therein.

  2. Public or charity schools: We have no charity or endowed-school, but several schools wherein children are instructed in English, and in the Principles of the Christian Religion according to the Doctrine of the Church of England, and are duly brought to Church, as the Canon directs.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have an Alms-house, and Lands left for the Benefit of such poor People as the Trustees shall nominate. I never heard of any abuse in the management thereof.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside on my Vicarage, which is in Cornwal.

  5. Curate: Can’t say I have a residing Curate, but a licencd one duly qualified, whose name is Tho. Warren. allow him twenty five pounds & Easter Offerings, which are considerable.

  6. Divine service at other churches: My Curate does.

  7. Frequency of divine service: We have Divine service every Wednesday & Friday a Sermon twice every Lords day.

  8. Frequency of communion: Not less than 4 times.

  9. Number of communicants: About one Hundred communicants generally receive within the yeare, the major part communicated last Easter.

  10. Catechising of children: The Children are catechizd, thro’ out once every yeare, few or none are untaught.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapel within our Parish.
