1. Population and dissenters: I have in my Parish Forty three Families. Of these there is not one Dissenter. There is no Meeting House in my Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house, Hospital, nor other charitable Endowment in my Parish. Neither have any Lands, nor Tenements been left for the Repair of my Church, nor other pious Use.

4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have no Curate on this Benefice of Kelly.

6. Divine service at other churches: I do not; unless to assist a neighbour when sick, or absent; which very rarely happens.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d in my Church twice every Lords Day, with a Sermon in the Morning; except, as is excepted in the Answer to the preceding Quere. It is likewise perform’d on all State Holy-days; & on most of the Feasts & Fasts of the Church of England. On some of these Days, indeed, I am under a necessity of omitting it for Want of a Congregation.

8. Frequency of communion: Five times every Year.

9. Number of communicants: There are in my Parish about one hundred & five Communicants. Eighteen or twenty of them usually receive, I believe not less than Thirty four communicated last Easter.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are catechiz’d in my Church on Ten Sundays in the year; usually from the middle of Lent. My Parishioners do send their Children & servants who have not learned their Catechism to be instructed by me.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within my Parish.
