Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment:
There is an Alms=house for the aged poor, or those yt are otherwise infirm. There are no Lands for the repair of the Church or for any other pious use.
Residence upon cure:
I reside personally upon my Cure, & in my Parsonage house; some part of the year I reside in my parish of Cheriton Fitzpaine, & there in the Parsonage house.
Curate: I have no Curate at present, my last Curate whose name was Bryant is lately gone to his Rectory of Dunterton. I have intitled another, for the Parish of Cheriton, with an allowance of thirty pounds yearly & the perquisites; whose name is Gould; but he is not as yet ordain’d, but intends to offer himself att the next Ordination.
Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service att any Church besides my own; except for the assistance of my neighbours, upon reasonable & necessary occasions.
Frequency of divine service: Divine service is performed in my Church twice every Lord’s day, & sermons as often & on all other Anniversary Feasts, & Fasts of the Church.
Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lord’s supper is administred in my Church four times in the year, att the three great Feasts, & about Michaelmas.
Number of communicants: There may be two hundred Communicants in this Parish, fifty of which may usually receive. I believe about the same number the last Easter as far as I can recollect the number is at all times generally equal.
Catechising of children: In which of my Parishes I reside the Summer there I catechise the Children of yt Parish. The Parishioners never send their Children or servants to be instructed by me.
Chapels or chapels in ruins: There are no Chapels standing in this Parish, nor any Chapel yt I know, or ever heard of in ruins.
