  1. Population and dissenters: There are eighteen Families in ye parish and but one Dissenter and he is of ye Presbyterian perswasion – There is neither any Meeting House or Teacher in ye Parish.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is not any Publick or Charity school in this Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is not any Almshouse or Charitable endowment or any benefaction left for ye repair of ye Church – Some of ye Cudmore’s – family who lately liv’d in ys Parish left thirty pounds to this Parish ye interest thereof to be given annually to ye Poor by ye minister & Church Wardens which is done without any fraud or abuse.

  4. Residence upon cure: I reside at Kellerton and hold ye living meerly for ye benefit of my Friend Mr Reeks Rector of ye adjoyning Parish of {Loxbear} Caverly.

  5. Curate: The curate Mr John Gilberd resides in Tiverton Parish just by with his Mother. He is qualify’d according to ye canons in yt behalf – his allowance for serving this small Parish and ye other of Caverly adjoyning is thirty-five pounds yearly with all ye Perquisites of both.

  6. Divine service at other churches: The Curate performs Divine service at Loxbear and Calverleigh according to ye Directions of his License and in no other parish.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine service is performed once every Lords Day in each Church. The Parishioners attending in ye morning at one Church in ye afternoon at ye other.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament is administred four Times in ye year.

  9. Number of communicants: The Communicants are generally eleven or twelve and about that number received at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: The Curate begins to Catechize ye Children in Lent and Continues to do it till near midsummer the Parishioners send their Children and servants to be instructed by him.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel in ye Parish nor any in Ruins.
