1. Population and dissenters: There are about Fifty Families, but no Dissenter of any sort or Denomination, neither is there any Meeting House.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms House Hospital or other Charitable Endowment, nor have any Lands or Tenements been left for the Repair of the Church or other pious use.

4. Residence upon cure: I Reside on my Vicarage of Morwinstow.

5. Curate: I have a Curate whose name is Hilkiah Bayly. He does not Reside having a Small vicarage of his own adjoyning to Pyworthy, but he lives near enough to perform all Duties in the Church & in the Parish. I allow him £30 a year.

6. Divine service at other churches: [No answer given]

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d every Lords Day with a Sermon in the morning, & every second Sunday at least in the Afternoon.

8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament is Administer’d at least six times in the year.

9. Number of communicants: The number of Communicants is about one hundred & thirty, Forty of which usually Communicate, about twenty communicated at Easter last.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are frequently Catechised on Sundays in the Afternoon in time of Divine Service.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel within my Parish.
