1. Population and dissenters: There are about sixty Families in my Parish: of these, Six are Presbyterian dissenters, and one Family of Quakers. There is no licenced or other meeting House of Dissenters in my Parish.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no Publick or Charity School, endowed or otherwise maintain'd, within my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment.

4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally in the Vicarage House of Abbots Carswell, but in my Parsonage House of East-Ogwell.

5. Curate: Mr. Gilbert Hearder is my Curate, ordain'd & licenced to the Curacy of Abbots Carswell by your Lordship: but not residing within the Parish.

6. Divine service at other churches: No.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church Sundays and Holidays, with a Sermon twice every Lord's day.

8. Frequency of communion: Four times.

9. Number of communicants: There are about twenty Communicants who usually receive: about thirty communicated at Easter last.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are always catechiz'd in the Summer Season. The Parishioners do not send their Children and Servants who have not learn'd their Catechism to be instructed, as regularly as could be wish'd.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapel at all within my Parish.
