  1. Population and dissenters: There are fifteen Families in my Parish. There are no Meeting-Houses, nor Dissenters of any Denomination whatever in it.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is no publick or Charity School endowed or otherwise maintain'd in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms-house, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment in my Parish. No Lands or Tenements have been left for the Repair of my church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally upon my Cure of Brushford, but in my Parsonage House of Bundley. Brushford is an impropriated Parish, and I am allowed Eight Pounds a Year by the Impropriator for Serving the Cure once in a fortnight.

  5. Curate: I have no Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Brushford Church once in a fortnight.

  7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service at Brushford upon the Days of Humiliation appointed by Authority, and upon Sunday once in a fortnight. Once in every Month Divine Service is perform'd on the Lord's Day in the Morning at this Church.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administred in the Church here four Times in the year.

  9. Number of communicants: There are about thirty Communicants in this Parish. fourteen or fifteen usually receive. At Easter last past, Twenty or thereabouts might be the Number of them who communicated.

  10. Catechising of children: I catechize the Children in this Parish two or three times in the Summer in every Year. My Parishioners teach their Children and Servts the Catechism at Home, and when they are able to Say it, which may be by the Time they are Six or Seven Years old, they send 'em according to the Notice which cause to be given, to the Church where they are catechiz'd by me, and receive Such Instructions, as I think Best convenient for them.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There is no Chapple in this Parish, in which Divine Service is perform'd; neither is there any Chapple here which lies in Ruins.
