  1. Population and dissenters: We have in our parish of Denbury Seventy four families. but no Dissenters nor any meeting house so consequently no need of any teachers.

  2. Public or charity schools: There is twenty Shillings given yearly as a free gift of ye feoffees of Denbury for four Poor Children to be taught to read as I find by Joseph Taylor Esqr & John Furse one of ye feoffees but no Charity School endowed.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is no Alms house nor Hospital in our parish: there is an house & Orchard given, as I find by Mr Furse one of ye feoffees by one counsellour Prideaux to ye repairing of ye church & bells of Denbury, & about seven pounds high rent of parish lands purchased as he saith by ye feoffees but by whom ye money was given I find not & much money in hand & twenty shillings given for shirts cloth by one <John> Peters Esq for ever: And ten pounds forever ye interest to be laid out for Books for poor Children, given by John Simons Blacksmith ye books to be given only by ye minister in presence of ye churchwarden he was buried June 1st 1729 In Denbury.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally on my parsonage house.

  5. Curate: I have no residing Curate.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine service at any Church besides my own unless when I assist a sick brother.

  7. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service on holy days & twice every Sunday unless when I help a sick brother with a Sermon morning & Evening.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times a year I administer ye holy Sacrament of ye Lds Supper viz Easter Whitesunday Michaelmass & Christmass.

  9. Number of communicants: There <are> about seventy Communicants in my parish which do constantly receive.

  10. Catechising of children: In ye Summer time ye parishoners do send their Children & prentices to be instructed in ye Catechism of ye Church of England.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapels in our parish.
