  1. Population and dissenters: One Hundred and Seventy Families, not one Dissenter.

  2. Public or charity schools: There are four Schools in ye Parish neither of ‘em endowed, but where every Child within it, as soon as capable, is taught to read, and carefully instructed in our Church Catechism and most of ‘em constantly attend at Church with their Teacher, every –Wednesday Thursday & Friday.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is a Weekly Lecture, for ever to be maintain’d out of ye sheaf of which I myself am ye Preacher.   4. Residence upon cure: I reside personally upon my Cure and in the vicarage House.

  7. Frequency of divine service: On Sundays twice with a Sermon. Morning & Evening, Thursdays in ye morning with a Sermon; and Prayers every Wednesday Friday and Saturday.

  8. Frequency of communion: Every month, besides at ye Grand Festivals.

  9. Number of communicants: Near Threescore at ye great Festivals and about thirty every month, which number I hope to see much encreased after Confirmation.

  10. Catechising of children: The Duties being great on Sundays, I don’t often examine Children then in their Catechism, but this Defect is by my Appointment supplied by their Teachers constantly two or three times in a week, in which I find by my own examination they make all ye proficiency that can be expected.
