- Population and dissenters: Here are one & Thirty Inhabitants who pay to Church King & Poor, fifteen Cottages all of which are inhabited, but not one Dissenter.
- Public or charity schools: We have no Such Thing as a Charity School, but ye Clerk of ye Parish Teaches Children to Read.
- Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have no Such Thing as an Alms House or Hospital no Charitable Endowments, no Lands, no Tenements.
- Residence upon cure: I preach on Every Sunday at Maryanysley, but design{ing} to Reside at Eggesford as soon as my House can be repair'd, upon ye account of my Glebe Land which if in heart would be very Considerable.
- Curate: I have no Curate.
- Divine service at other churches: I preach at Eggesford & Mary Anysley.
- Frequency of divine service: This is Answerd in my Queries concerning Eggesford.
- Frequency of communion: Four Times in ye year & at ye Customary Seasons.
- Number of communicants: I never as yet administer'd ye Sacrament at Mary Anysley, but upon ye best Enquiry I could make find That there are Sometimes Twenty, Sometimes Ten Communicants Seldom or never less.
- Catechising of children: The Children are Catechiz'd on Every Sunday in ye year, and as often Lectures are read, and for which I am paid Six pounds by ye Steward of ye Late Sr John Davey Bart: yearly.
- Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Such Thing as a Chapel.
