  1. Population and dissenters: The number of Families in ye Parish of Marystow are about 27 and about 30 or 32 in ye chapellry of Thrushelton. No Dissenters or Dissenting meeting of what Denomination Soever.

  2. Public or charity schools: No.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No Alms-house or Hospital &c, but a small Tenement of Land (call'd Thorne) for the Repair of the Church &c in ye Trust of Feoffees.

  4. Residence upon cure: Constantly.

  5. Curate: Yes; Mr. George Jago, (ordain'd and Licenced by yor Lordship) who lives with me. Allowance £30 per annum.

  6. Divine service at other churches: Sometimes to serve a Brother.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Sundays constantly at ye chapellry in ye morning and ye mother-church (viz. Marystow) the Afternoon.

  8. Frequency of communion: Four times (viz. Easter. Whits: Michaelmss: Xtmss).

  9. Number of communicants: Between Forty & Forty Five usually, both at Marystow and ye Chapel of Thrushelton.

  10. Catechising of children: In the Summer months usually.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: The Chapel of Thrushelton (by ye name of St. George) is annex'd to ye Vicarage of Marystow, distant about three miles from it, serv'd by myself and Curate.
