  1. Population and dissenters: The number of Families in my Parish are Thirty and Nine – of these none are Dissenters – no licenced or other meeting-House of Dissenters is in my Parish – nor Dissenting Teacher. C: Williams Rector.

  2. Public or charity schools: No Publick or charity School is endowed or otherwise maintained in my Parish.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: No alms House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment is in my Parish – no Lands or Tenements have been left for the Repair of my church, or other pious use.

  4. Residence upon cure: I do not reside personally (above two or three months in the year) upon my Cure – the Reason of my non-Residence is my being licenced by your Lordship's Predecessor (upon the nomination of the Custos and College of Vicars Choral of the Quire of the Cathedral church of St Peter in Exeter, to the Cure of the Parochial church of Woodbury in the County of Devon, and your Lordship's Diocese of Exeter – where I do personally reside.

  5. Curate: I have a Curate who informs me he has begun and intends to continue Residence – His name is William Brent – He is duly qualified according to the Canons in that Behalf – He does not live in my Parsonage House – He is entitled by his Licence to the yearly sum of thirty Pounds, and the Surplice Fees, but I always allow him 32 Pounds.

  6. Divine service at other churches: The Curate informs me he does not – nor do I when I am in waiting.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church twice every Lord's Day with a Sermon in the morning and Evening – and once all Grand Festivals and State-Days.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament is administred Four Times in the year – viz – on Xtmas Day – Easter Day, Whitsun. Day and the First Sunday after the Feast of St Michael. C:Williams Rector.

  9. Number of communicants: The Communcants in my Parish are about Thirty whereof Twenty five usually receive – In particular the curate informs me about Twenty five communicated at Easter last past.

  10. Catechising of children: The children are catechiz'd (the Curate informs me) in my Xch every Sabbath Day for most Part of the Summer – the Parishioners, he says, and I believe, they are carefull in sending their Children and Servants to be instructed.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No chapel is within my Parish – nor Ruins of a chapel. CWilliams Rector.
