  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I serve the Parish of Branscombe for the Revd Mr Foote from whom I receive the Salary of Forty Pounds per Annum: I do not reside in the Vicarage House, but dwell in my own House in the Parish of Sidbury: There is no Lecturer in this Parish.

  2. Other benefices: I have no Ecclesiastical Preferment.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any other Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice every Lords Day at Branscombe: I then likewise preach both in the Morning and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered four Times in the Year in Branscombe Church. The number of Communicants are from twenty five to thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth of my Parish in the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church is in good Repair and so is the Chancel except a little Defect in the glass of the Great Window which the Lessee of the Great Tithes assures me shall be repaired without delay: In this Church we have all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is no Terrier in this Parish as far as I can learn.

  9. Number of families: There are One hundred and twenty four Families in this Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in this Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There is only one reputed Papist in Branscombe viz a Woman, the Wife of a Protestant: There is no Meeting House for a dissenting Congregation in this Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick, nor other School in this Parish; nor any Alms House Hospital or charitable Endowment; neither is there any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are in this Parish no Lands or Tenements or other Benefactions for any pious and charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was admitted into Priest's Orders by the Bishop of Exeter on the eighteenth Day of December in the Year one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty seven.
