  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside upon my Cure & in my Parsonage House, I have no Curate nor Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Service is performed twice on the Lord's Day, with one Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Six times in the year & generally between twenty & thirty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Generally between Easter & Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is one.

  9. Number of families: Between seventy & eighty.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is a small reading School, a Poor's House but no Endowment, & no Library.

  13. Charity: There is a Benefaction of fifty Shillings a year to be given to the poor People who attend two Sacraments in ye year, which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted on the 27th of February 1773 & ordained Priest on the 8th of July 1772.
