  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside not upon my Cure in which there is no Parsonage or Vicarage House. I reside in the Parish of West-Buckland the Cure of which I serve. My Curate resides about half a mile from the Church in the Vicarage-House of Coleridge. He is not licenc'd. His Salary is ten Pounds a Year. The whole Cure being about £20. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have only the perpetual Curacy of Brushford.

  3. Divine service at other churches: My Curate serves also the Cure of Coleridge

  4. Frequency of divine service: The Parish of Brushford is so small that it has never been usual for more than the Performance of Divine Service once a Fortnight.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administer'd four Times a Year, and the Number of Communicants are generally about 7 or 8.

  6. Catechising of children: About the Time of Harvest.

  7. Church fabric: The Church Chancel & Church Yard are in good Repair & well kept; and I have all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are no Glebe Lands nor Houses belonging to my Church.

  9. Number of families: Seven or eight.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists nor any meeting House.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have no School, no Alms House, Hospital nor other charitable Endowment, nor any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There have been none.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordain'd a Priest the 22d Day of September 1765. My Licence to the Cure of Brushford bears Date June 27th 1776.
