  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I personaly reside upon my Cure in ye Vicarage house & am duly licencd. My Salary is thirty five pounds a year.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: We have Prayers & two Sermons every Sunday and Prayers on holy days.

  5. Frequency of communion: We have five Sacraments a year (viz) two at Easter - one at Whitsunday - one at Michaelmas & one at Christmas - Communicants upwards of thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: I begin to Catechise the first Sunday in July.

  7. Church fabric: The Churchyard not well kept by reason of the Gates being not properly secured.

  8. Glebe terrier: [No answer given]

  9. Number of families: Eighty four.

  10. Chapels: There is a Chapel belonging to an Estate calld Cinnick but I never knew it put to any other use than keeping of hay.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: A poor man keeps a School for reading & writing. He has about eight or ten boys.

  13. Charity: There is an Estate called Smithey from which ye Poor in the Church house have five groat loaves every Sunday.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priests Orders bare date September 25 1743. A letter directed to me at Christow near Chudley will reach me.
