  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside in my Parsonage House, but near the Town of Taunton. I have a Curate but not a Resident one, he is duly licensed, & has a Salary of fifty Pounds a year. No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have besides Churchstanton a Donative, named Brislington 2 Miles from the City of Bristol.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I serve also ye Parish of Otterford in ye County of Somerset, about two Miles from Churchstanton.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice a day with two Sermons, from Lady-day to Michaelmas; & once a day from Michaelmas to Lady-day. B Bluett Curate.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered four times in ye year, to about Thirty Communicants. B Bluett Curate.

  6. Catechising of children: I never did catechize the children but once & then only three; for the Parents in general are very ignorant & take no care to bring their children to read.

  7. Church fabric: All answered in the Affirmative. B Bluett Curate.

  8. Glebe terrier: No Terrier that I ever heard of. But will endeavour to get one as soon as possible.

  9. Number of families: About one Hundred.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papists. No Meeting-House of any denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick School, Alms-House, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment in the Parish. No Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: Some Moneys are paid out of a few certain Estates, which are duly applied annually to the use of the Poor.
