  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside personally, having your Lordships leave to serve it, 'till I can procure a Resident Curate, which I hope will be in a few Sundays.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I preach only at Clehidon.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Sunday during the Summer and Once every Sunday during the Winter.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four Times every Year when there are usually about Fiffeteen Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: After the second Lesson at Evening Prayer.

  7. Church fabric: They are both at present in good Repair and there is every thing necessary and decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Copy of the Terrier Lodged in the Register's Office, which is signed by the Minister and Church-wardens.

  9. Number of families: About one Hundred and fourteen.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are none.

  13. Charity: There is a small Charity of ten pounds left by one John Channon to poor Old people having no Relief of the Parish.
