  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in ye Parsonage House when I am not in Residence at Exeter or Glocester & officiate my self, when I leave this Country, I have an occasional Curate.

  2. Other benefices: I have ye Vicarage of Sidbury which I frequently serve, have there a Resident Curate, Mr Wm Jenkins Senr.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At Sidbury as above.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Every Sunday twice.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a Year Between 30 & 40.

  6. Catechising of children: When I find it most convenient.

  7. Church fabric: I see nothing wanting.

  8. Glebe terrier: Such a Terrier I have.

  9. Number of families: About forty.

  10. Chapels: Nothing of this kind.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: Nor of this.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: One Wear left three pound to be paid annually out of an Estate in Honiton's Clist [illegible deletion] for ye teaching four poor Children to read &c.

  13. Charity: Which is applied accordingly & I know of no other charitable Donations. J Steed Rector.

    Not having my Papers here ye Dates of my Collation to Faringdon & Priests Orders are here put down only upon memory. I was ordaind Priest in May or June 1736. Collated Janry 15 1736. O.S.
