  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside upon my Cure. I reside at Kew in Surry. My Father being very aged, upwards of 80 & very infirm & desirous of my continuing with him, I was thefore induced to take the Charge of Kew Church, that I might comply with his Wish in living with him.
    I have a Resident Curate living in the Parsonage house, who is duly licensed, with a Salary of Forty Pounds per Annum & Easter Offerings. His Name is Roger Andrews. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service in the Church of Kew.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed Twice on the Lord's Day with a Sermon in the morning & Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administred five Time[s] in a year; & there are generally about twelve or fourteen Communicants at each Time.

  6. Catechising of children: The Youth of this Parish are catechised in the month of June every year.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair, the Church yard is well kept; & the are all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: A Terrier shall be made & delivered at the Visitation properly signed.

  9. Number of families: There are thirty six Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists in my Parish & no meeting Houses.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no public School - no Alms House Hospital or other charitable Endowment - nor any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are some Lands left for charitable Uses, & they are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted the fifth Day of August 1774 & was admitted into Priest's Orders the third Day of July in the same year.
