  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside upon my Cure & in my Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: No.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Service no where unless it be to assist a Neighbour in his Absence.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice a Day with a Sermon in the Morning, except it be for ye above Reason.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the Year at the three grand Festivals & Michaelmas, & Number of Communicants is about eight or nine.

  6. Catechising of children: Between Easter & Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is one, I hear in your Lordships Registry.

  9. Number of families: About sixteen.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No, as far as I know or believe.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Not any of publick School or charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: There is an Estate of the Yealry Value of ten Pounds applied to the repairing of the Church.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted to the Living the third day of September 1756.
    I was admitted to the sacred Order of Priesthood ye twenty third day of December 1753.
