1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Mr. Perry the Rector resides at his Vicarage in the Archdeaconry of Totnes. The Cure is Serv'd by J. Baddeley of Throwley.

2. Other benefices: Answer'd under the former Query.

3. Divine service at other churches: Yes; at my Parish of Throwley.

4. Frequency of divine service: Every Lord's Day with a Sermon Morning and Afternoon, alternately. The other part of the Day I officiate at Throwley.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year, at the three Grand Festivals and at Michaelmas. The number of Communicants is generally ten or twelve.

6. Catechising of children: On Several Sundays between Trinity and Michaelmas.

7. Church fabric: Yes. We have all things decent.

8. Glebe terrier: I have seen one heretofore, but it seems not to have been well preserv'd.

9. Number of families: About fourteen or fivteen.

10. Chapels: No Chapel.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papist, Meeting House or Dissenter of any Denomination as far as I know.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, or other charitable Endowment that I ever heard.

13. Charity: None to the best of my Knowledge.

    Priest's orders and institution: I am not able to satisfy your Lordship upon this point, but doubt not the Rector will, when your Lordship visits the Archdeaconry of Totnes.
