  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: As Vicar of Kenton, I have the honour to acquaint your Lordship, that Mr John Andrew, who hath an House, & constantly resides at Kenton, is the Curate & Rector of the Place: I had his late Lordship's leave to reside at Exeter, on the Curacy of St Davids, in that City.
    Mr Andrew's salary, is forty guineas per annum.

  2. Other benefices: Vicar of Kenton as above.

  3. Divine service at other churches: St David's. The following Particulars, I shall beg leave to refer to Mr Andrew.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice on the Lord's Day, with a Sermon on each Part: there are Prayers on Wednesdays & Fridays.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administer'd on the Festivals to about 60 Communicants, & on ye First Sunday in each month to between 30 & 40.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth about Midsummer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair, & ye Church Yard is well kept. There are all Things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: The Number of Families is about two Hundred and Seventy.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists nor meeting Houses.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two private writing Schools & several reading Schools, but no Alms-Houses, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: A House Lett at £8 per annum is given for the Repair of the Church only & the interest of £170 is annually distributed to such poor Persons as have no Relief from the Parish.
