  4. Frequency of divine service: Answerd in the Queries for Cheldon.

  5. Frequency of communion: I have seldom more than Twenty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair & yard, & all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes.

  9. Number of families: Eighteen.

  10. Chapels: No.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No.

  13. Charity: No.

    Priest's orders and institution: The date of my Institution October ye 20th 1743.

    Thus have I answered your Lordship's Queries in as exact a manner as I can; & shall take due Care to obey your other orders in preparing the youth of my Parishes in the best manner I am capable against your Lordship's Confirmation.
