  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my cure and in my Vicarage House.

  2. Other benefices: I have the Rectory of Shilgate in the Diocese of Bath and Wells about two miles and half distant from Morebath.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at my said Parish Church of Shilgate.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service once every Sunday at my Parish Church of Morebath, and Preach one Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: I administer the Sacrament of the Lords Supper four times in a year viz: Christmas, Easter, Whitsunday, and Michaelmas to more than Twenty communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of my Parish in Lent and throughout the Summer.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel is in very good repair the Churchyard well kept, and all things very decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier, but will provide one for your Lordship by the next Visitation.

  9. Number of families: I have in my Parish about Sixty families, two of which are Dissenters, and go under the denomination of Anabaptists.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists and I have no Meeting House in my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have a publick Charity School for the instruction of the poor Children of the Parish's of Morebath and Shilgate endowed with a Salary of £10 per Annum which is duly applied, and I have an Almshouse in my Parish the endowment of which is punctually paid. I have no Library.

  13. Charity: I have no Lands Tenements or Benefactions left for any pious or charitable use.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was admitted into the Holy order of Priesthood on Sunday the 19th day of July 1778 at <Wells> and was instituted to the vicarage of Morebath the Twenty Seventh Day of August 1778.
