  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure, and in the Vicarage House. Have no Curate or Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do perform Divine Service only in my own Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service in my Church twice Every Lord's Day - with a Sermon both parts of the Day.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administred four Times a year. About forty or fifty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: From Easter until Whitsunday.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair; {and} The Churchyard is well kept; and all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands.

  9. Number of families: About one Hundred and Ten, or more Families.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There is no reputed Papist, or Meeting House in my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have no publick School, Hospital, or Charitable Endowment - only a House for a few poor people who are maintained by the Parish.

  13. Charity: We have only a Benefaction of about Two Hundred Pounds which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priests Orders are dated June 4th 1721
    and my Collation June 9th 1721.
