  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure in my Vicarage House: I have no Curate, nor Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have another Benefice, the Rectory of holy Trinity in Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform divine Service at any other Church.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd twice each Lords day with a Sermon each time.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administer'd five times in ye Year, & the Number of Communicants about thirty five.

  6. Catechising of children: The Youth are generally catechis'd in Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair the Church yard well kept & all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier of the Glebe, House &c & Lands in Broad-Clist of the yearly value of ten pounds: one moiety whereof to this Parish: the other to be equally divided between the Parishes of Thorverton & Stoke Canon. A Legacy of forty Shillings per Annum <by ye first Sr John Elwill> for the instruction of Poor Children in Reading &c; and another <of twenty Shillings> for the same Purposes issuing from a Meadow call'd Sanders Meadow near Stone-Barton given by Mr John Sanders. And I do believe they have all been duly applied, at least I know nothing to ye Contrary.

  9. Number of families: There are forty eight Families in this Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within this Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: Here are no reputed Papists nor Meeting-Houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Here is no publick, or other School, besides a common reading School no Alms-Houses, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment.

  13. Charity: I have been credibly inform'd that a House near the Church yard was given for the Repair of ye Church. Two small fields call'd the Ruggs of ye yearly value of thirty shillings for Poor People above 60 years of Age.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priests Orders are dated ye 5th of June 1737.
    My Collation to ye Vicarage of Pinhoe the 26th Day of Nov:r 1740.
    My Institution to ye Rectory of holy Trinity the 27th day of January 1748
