1. Residence, curate and lecturer: A. I partly reside upon my Parsonage House here, and partly in the town of S. Molton <three miles distant> (where my partial residence <for 45 years past> hath been thought Convenient & approved of by your Lordsps Predecessor as <having been so long> official of the Arch D[eacon]ry) I have however been Seldom absent from my said Cure above four or 5 days in a week during the Space of any one year.

3. Divine service at other churches: At none.

4. Frequency of divine service: Twice a day, except at my other Church one part of it.

5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year to about 30 Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: For 3 or 4 Sundays in Summer.

7. Church fabric: Yes.

8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier.

9. Number of families: Twenty four familys.

10. Chapels: None.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have one Quaker inhabitant only.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordaind Priest in August 1727. Instituted to Washford Pyne Ocr 1728. To Romansly Ap. 1732.
