  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: Revd Mr Archdeacon Sleech is Vicar & lives at Farringdon. Wm. Jenkins Clerk, Curate resides in his own house & not in the Vicarage which is let to a Tenant Rent £12 a year. Licensed, Salary £50 a year.

  2. Other benefices: Mr. Sleech has the Rectory of Faringdon & the Vicarage of Sidbury.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At no other except Sometimes at Upottery when my Curate officiates here.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lords Day with a Sermon morning & afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Six times a year number of Communicants each time about fourscore.

  6. Catechising of children: In April, May, June & July.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel in good repair & Church yard well kept, & all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is at present no Terrier of the Glebel Lands &c. but Care Shall be taken to have one made & deliverd in at the Visitation properly Sign'd.

  9. Number of families: About 150.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None. There is one for Dissenting Congregations. Presbyterians. Teacher's Names was Wm Youatt lately decsd. Supported by a Legacy of £10 per Annum & a Subscription of Some of the Inhabitants.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are Several Small Schools in the parish Supported Chiefly by Feoffement Charity & one for writing & Arithmetick.

  13. Charity: Yes about £20 or 30 per annum, & duly applyed for relief of the ag'd & Impotent poor, by a Body of Feoffees who meet once a month to Distribute the Said Charity.
