  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I have a resident Curate, to whom I allow thirty Pounds per Annum with the Parsonage house and Gardens.

  2. Other benefices: I have the vicarage of Hevetree.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lord's Day, and during the Summer season, with a Sermon at each time.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the L.S. is administered on the first Sunday in every month and at the three Great Festivals of Christmas, Easter and Whitsunday. Communicants about 30.

  6. Catechising of children: The Children are catechised during the season of Lent.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  9. Number of families: About 60.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papist, nor meeting-house.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have two Schools where Children are taught to read; no alms-house or Hospital, or Library.

  13. Charity: We have had some small Benefactions left for the use of the poor, which are duly applied.
