  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in my Parsonage House of Tawstock and serve the Parish myself. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no more than one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine service no where but in my own Church unless to assist a Neighbour occasionally.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice in the Lords Day with a Sermon in the Morning and Prayers in the afternoon {and Catechising the Children from Lady day to All Saints Day} and on all Festival Days and <on> good Friday with a Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Thirteen or fourteen times in the year, and about two hundred & fifty capable of receiving the Sacrament.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the youth of my Parish every Sunday in the afternoon from Ladyday to All Saints Day.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel is in good Repair, and the Churchyard well kept, and all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses &c.

  9. Number of families: About one hundred and twenty.

  10. Chapels: There is one belonging to the Parsonage House but disus'd.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have the pleasure to acquaint your Ldship that I have no Papist nor Dissenter of any denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are three or four reading schools in the Parish no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: There are Lands & Tenements to the amount of sixty pounds a year and upwards and a Benefaction of two pounds a year, the Interest of £50 for teaching children to read. They are duly applied.
