  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally reside in my Parsonage House, and have Soly resided there for more than forty years past. I have no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have Possession of Washfield Benefice only.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service in <any> other Church, unless it be to assist a distressed Brother.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Devine Service was never omitted in my Church ever Since I have been the Incumbent, with a Sermon in the morning and Afternoon throughout the year. Unless as above.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administered four Times in the year viz. Easter, Witsontide, Michaelmass & Chrismass. The number of Communicants for Ten years past are about Forty Four each Time.

  6. Catechising of children: In the Summer Season, after Trinity Sunday, I generally catechise the youth of my Parish Twice in the Year, and I go through the whole regularly twice in the Season.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and every Thing belong to it, are kept in the most decent Repair.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c. I transmitted a Copy of Them to Exeter in Bishop Weston's Time 16th May 1745.

  9. Number of families: Upon a Strict Calculation, Some years Since, the Inhabitants of my Parish amounted to 595. They are now more than 500. The Number of Families are 98.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no Dissenter of any Denomination within my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have no public School, Alms House, or Charitable Endowment or parochial Library, in my Parish.

  13. Charity: We have no Lands left us for pious & Charitable Uses. We have a Small Tenement, about Six Pounds a year, purchased by a Parish Rate and a Benefaction of Five Pounds. The Interest is given to Such Poor as have no monthly Pay.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was instituted into Washfield the Fifth Day of October 1737. and was ordained Priest in the year Seventeen Hundred & Thirty One.
