  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally reside at Moretonhampstead. But have a Curate at Whitestone with a Salary of forty Pounds per Annum & Surplice Fees. His name Mr Bringloe.

  2. Other benefices: I hold Moretonhampstead 12 Miles distant from Exeter with Whitestone 4 miles from Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform no divine Service at any Churches but my own excepting occasionally to assist a sick or absent Clergyman.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed twice on the Lord's Day. with a Sermon after Morning & Evening Service.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament is administer'd four times a Year. viz on Xstmas day. Easter day. Whitsunday & at Michaelmas. The No: of Communicants on an Average may amount to thirty.

  6. Catechising of children: In Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good Repair. The Church Yard is well kept & there are all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have at present no Terrier of the Glebe Lands, Houses &c but will obey your Lordship's Order in having one made and deliver'd in at the Visitation properly signed.

  9. Number of families: I know not the Number of Families in my Parish.

  10. Chapels: I have no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists in my Parish. Nor any Meeting-houses for Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have one Charity School in my Parish. But no Alms-Houses, Hospital, or other charitable Endowment. nor any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: I know of no Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions having been left for any pious & charitable Uses, excepting the Lands in Heavitree for the support of the above mentioned Charity School & now set at about £15 per Annum.

    My Institution bears date the 27th day of April 1774 And my Priests Orders bear date Sunday the 21st of May 1769.
