  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside at Cheriton-Fitz-payne: The Reason of my non-Residence is the Smallness of the Living. I have a Curate not resident. His Salary is thirteen Guineas per year. There is no Lecturer in the Parish.

  2. Other benefices: I have another little Benefice called Virginstow seven miles from Lanceston Cornwall.

  3. Divine service at other churches: The Curate performs Divine Service at Inwardleigh near Ashbury.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed but once every Lord's Day by Reason of the Smallness of the Living.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's supper is administerd four Times in the year and the number of Communicants about ten.

  6. Catechising of children: The youth are catechized in the Time of Lent.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair, and the Churchyard well kept and all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: There are but four Families in the Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists or Meeting-Houses in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no School – or Almshouse Hospital or other charitable Endowment in the Parish nor any parochial Library.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements or other Benefactions have been left for charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Institution bears Date the 3d of October 1761 and Priest's Orders 25th Sepr 1748.

    A Letter directed to be left at Mr Maunder's Linen-Draper Exon will come safely to Hand.
