  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally upon my Cure though not in the Parsonage but in a House of my own adjoining.

  2. Other benefices: I have none.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Sunday with a Sermon in the Morning.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times in the year. The number of Communicants about Seventy.

  6. Catechising of children: In Passion Week.

  7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair the Church yard is well kept. I have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses &c according to the Tenor of the 87th Canon.

  9. Number of families: One Hundred.

  10. Chapels: There is a Chapel belonging to the Earl of Corke in my Parish which is private, not served by any Person.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papist in my Parish nor any Meeting Houses for Dissenting Congregations of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two private Schools only in my Parish for reading an Alms House not endowed but repaird by the Parishioners.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions have been left for any fines & Charitable uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: The date of my institution is the Ninth day of February 1764 the date of my Priest orders is the Thirteenth day of November 1763.
