1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside personally. The Church is Served by Mr Braddon the Curate of North Lew an adjoyning Parish. The Incomes of the Parish will not Support a Resident Curate. The de Claro Produce of which is not above fourty Pounds a year. Twenty of which the Curate receives.

2. Other benefices: I am Rector of Beauworthy Hollacom & Tetcott All in the Arch Deaconry of Totness.

3. Divine service at other churches: [No answer given]

4. Frequency of divine service: Once a Sunday alternately morning and Evening Service.

5. Frequency of communion: Four Times a year. I do not know the number of Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: Mr Braddon tells me in the longest Day.

7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel is in good Repair and the Church Yard is well kept. There are all things decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I know of no Terrier.

9. Number of families: About thirty.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel within the Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no reputed Papists. Nor meeting House for Dissenting Congregations.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I <don't> know of any School. There are no Alms Houses, Hospital or other Charitable Endowment.

13. Charity: There have been none.
