1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do personally reside on my Cure & in my Parsonage House. I have no Curate nor Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice than the Rectory of North Bovey.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform no divine Service at any other Church but my own excepting occasionally to assist a sick or absent Clergyman.

4. Frequency of divine service: I perform divine Service in my Church twice on the Lords Day I give my Audience a Sermon after Morning & Evening Service. I have Prayers every Wednesday & Friday during Lent.

5. Frequency of communion: I administer the Sacrament four times a year, viz on Xmas day, Easter day, Whitsunday & at Michaelmas – the no. of Communicants vary – but on an Average believe there are not fewer than Forty any time.

6. Catechising of children: I chatechise the Children every Sunday during the Season of Lent.

7. Church fabric: The Parish Church & my Chancel are at present in good Repair. The Church yard is well kept – & there are all Things decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have at present no Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses &c but shall obey your Lordships Order in having One made & deliverd in at the Visitation properly signd.

9. Number of families: I know not the No: of Families in my Parish.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists in my Parish – nor any Meeting House for a dissenting Congregation.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: I have a public School in my Parish & another supported by the private Donations of the R[igh]t Hon[oura]ble: L[or]d: Visc[oun]t Courtenay & myself. There is a poor House in my Parish but no Hospital or other charitable Endowment that I know of – no parochial Library.

13. Charity: I know of no Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions having been left for any pious & charitable Uses excepting three Pounds per Annum left by a Rector of this Parish to the Support of the above public School & that I believe to be duly applied.

    My Priest's Orders bear Date Sunday the Eighteenth Day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred & Fifty Seven & my Institution bears Date the Twentieth Day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & Seventy Five.
