  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: My Lord I do not reside in my Parsonage House here I reside at the vicarage of South Tawton in the Deanery of Exeter. I have no Curate Resident and a Salary of Thirty Five Pounds per Annum without Licence I have no Lecturer William Laskey is the name of my at Broad wood wedger as also of Jarmans Weike.

  2. Other benefices: I have another living viz South Tawton in the Deanary of Exon. [Extensive illegible crossings out under this entry]

  3. Divine service at other churches: The Service at Broad wedger is performed with a Sermon once every Sunday alternately either the fore or Afternoon as customary.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performd in both the Churches with a sermon either in the forenoon or Afternoon Alternately.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administred five Times in the year and the number of Communicants may be about 30.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Children about Lent & Michelmas.

  7. Church fabric: The Church yard & Chancel in good repair & well kept & every thing decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier of the Glebe Lands House &c this lies in the Chaple of Bristol.

  9. Number of families: We have about one Hundred Families in this Parish.

  10. Chapels: We have no Chapel in this Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no Papists or reputed Papists nor meeting Houses or Dissenting Congregations.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Licence for Broad wood wedger and Jarmans Weike is dated the 3d Day of April 1777. My Priests orders is dated ye 21st Day of September 1735.
