1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside on the Mother Parish.

2. Other benefices: {I serve Abbotts Bickington}
   I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service once every fortnight at Abbotts Bickington.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performd once every fortnight at Cookbury it being a Daughter Church to Milton Damorel.

5. Frequency of communion: The holy Sacrament is administerd four Times a Year, there are, in general about thirty or forty Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: Between Easter and Whitsuntide.

7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel in good Repair and every thing decent for divine Service.

8. Glebe terrier: I have no Terrier but will order for one.

9. Number of families: Thirty.

10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in the Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are no Papists or any meeting=Houses of any Denomination whatever.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is neither Alms=House, Hospital or any Charitable Endowment whatever. There is no parochial Library.

13. Charity: There have been no Lands Tenements or any other Benefaction whatever given for the use of the Parish.

    Priest's orders and institution: Wm Davie Rectr of Milton=Damorel with the Chapel of Cookbury annexed.
