  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do Personally reside on my Benefice of Dipford in the Parsonage House.

  2. Other benefices: None but one.

  3. Divine service at other churches: None but my own.

  4. Frequency of divine service: On both Parts of the day with a Sermon in the morning, and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: On four times a year at Easter, Whitsunday, Michaelmas and Christmas, the Communicants are about thirty or forty at a time.

  6. Catechising of children: The Sundays After Easter.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good repair with every thing decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier of the Glebe Lands Houses & according to the Tenor of 87th Canon delivered in and Signed in one of the late Bishops Vesitations.

  9. Number of families: Eighty one.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have a private School in <the> Parish, and a Alms-House; but no Parochial Library or Charitable endowment.

  13. Charity: There are Lands, and Tenements vested in Feoffees within my Parish for pious and charitable uses; but what they are I know not or whether the Rents, and profits thereof are duly applied or not.

    Priest's orders and institution: I receiv'd my Priest orders the seventeenth day of June in Year of Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty three; and was instructed the twenty fifth day of February one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Seven.
