  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally on my (Perpetual) Cure. There is no House. The ground on which it stood, now a garden, was surreptitiously included in a Lease of Lives by the Duke of Bedford's late Steward to my immediate predecessor Mr. Cookson & <is now> possessed by his Widow. There is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I am Rector of Swalecliffe in the Diocess of Canterbury.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice a day, with a Sermon in the Morning, & part of the Year in the afternoon also.

  5. Frequency of communion: Four times a year. The number of Communicants is from sixty to eighty.

  6. Catechising of children: From Michaelmas to Christmas.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are no Glebe Lands. There is no House ?V: ?Art: ?1. There is one Barn, leased out with the Tythes which are possessed by the Church of Windsor.

  9. Number of families: One hundred & nine.

  10. Chapels: There is none.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There are none.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There are two Writing Schools. There <is> one Alms-house & some small Charitable Endowments all duly & properly managed. There is no Library.

  13. Charity: One Tenement, & some annual rents out of Tenements & fifty pounds in Money, the produce of all which is duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was licenced to my perpetual Cure the 16th day of Septr 1771. I was ordained Priest at Exeter Decr. 23. 1759.
