  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I have resided personally (My Lord) on my Living, ever Since I was inducted to it which was in the Year 1768.

  2. Other benefices: No, (My Lord).

  3. Divine service at other churches: No - My Lord, unless I am desired to assist a Friend.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Twice every Lord's Day, with a Sermon in the Morning, and Afternoon.

  5. Frequency of communion: Three times in the Year - Easter, Whitsunday, and Xst:mas Somtimes at Michs:.

  6. Catechising of children: Generally in the Summer Sundays in the afternoon.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel is <in> good Repair. The Church-yard well kept. And all other Things decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: Yes - which shall be deliver'd <in> at Your Lordship's Visitation, and properly Signed.

  9. Number of families: Eighty Three.

  10. Chapels: No Chapel belonging to the Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No Papists or Meeting-Houses in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No publick - only a Small School supported by the Parish - one Alms-House. No Hospital or other Charitable Endowment. No Library.

  13. Charity: No Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions, belonging to the Parish.
