  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do not reside upon my perpetual Cure, but at the Free=School in Kingsbridge, (about four Miles from Slapton) as your Lordship's Fiat arrived so lately at Exon and not yet executed! No Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: No other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: At South=Poole alternately.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Every Sunday once alternately - Salary being no more than forty pounds per Annum.

  5. Frequency of communion: Sacrament administred four times a year - And the Communicants being about thirty=five.

  6. Catechising of children: I generally catechise the Youth during Lent.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel are in good repair, Church=yard well kept. And having all things decent for Divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: Having a Terrier belonging to the parish.

  9. Number of families: Having about two Hundred Families within my parish.

  10. Chapels: Having no Chapel within my parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: Having neither reputed Papists, nor no other Sectary of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: Having two Day School's taught by Women - But neither Alms-Houses, Hospital, nor <no> other charitable Endowments to the best of my knowledge. But I have a small parochial Library endowed by the late Queen Anne.

  13. Charity: None to the best of my knowledge.

    Priest's orders and institution: Having not yet been Licenced to my perpetual Cure of Slapton, my Letters of orders being in your Lordship's Register's hands at Exon, therefore I cannot now recollect the Dates thereof.
